This section deals with the Community area of PELC Services.
If the Services area could be called the 'meat of the site' then this would have to be the potatoes. Eventually, and hopefully, this will morph into an area that is self sustained by its users and will contain a wealth of useful information beneficial to all.

We have a web based discussion Forum set up for anyone seeking advice for their computer issues or to post solutions for problems they have had and fixed so that others may benefit from their knowledge gained. The forum is meant to share knowledge and help one another out. There are no fees associated with its use. I've been providing tech support to folks via email, other forums, telephone, instant messaging systems, and face to face for well over a decade. I don't mind doing any of that when time permits, but I do think it would be nice to have a public database of Q/A * discussion so once we solve one problem it is solved for everyone in the future. For these reasons, I encourage you to use the forum. You never know who may benefit from the process down the road.

The Chat area is similar to the forum but more private and is active, usually, by appointment only

The Blog will be used to provide updated information, thoughts, opinions, and general discussion of whatever topics come to mind. We would like to get some guest writers from time to time too, so if you have something you wish to write about and would like to do it here, please let us know.

The Portal is something we're thinking of starting up down the road to have a user run site / knowledge base complete with member uploaded binary files, documents, tech manuals, etc...
